Vasia Villa, the latest addition to our collection, is a 120 m² luxury villa in Paxos Greece, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office area and a private pool. This elegant, boutique holiday home features a 50” flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a washing machine, making it an ideal choice for up to 7 guests.
Vasia Villa’s interior is decorated with great care and love by the owner, a painter and art teacher, with original art works hanging on the walls. The spacious master bedroom is 25 m² and includes a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower cabin and an office area. Another 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower cabin, a spacious living room and a fully functional and equipped kitchen, with a large window overlooking the pool, make up the rest of the house. Each of Vasia Villa’s bedrooms is carefully designed to meet your every need. Our calming, artistic inspired décor mirrors the holiday mood, and each room is equipped with the highest-quality amenities, including comfortable anatomic mattresses, hypoallergenic, high quality pillows and white linens. The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped with refrigerator, and built-in dishwasher, oven at hands’ level, electric cooktop, microwave oven, kitchenware, espresso and coffee making machine. It is placed between the living and dining areas, decorated with beautifully designed furniture in red shades. The dining table sits 6 under an impressive original oil painting. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi connection to the Internet, 50” flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, mini Hi-Fi, and A/C in every room. Also available: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, scale, bath and swimming pool towels and eco-friendly, travel size bath amenities.
There are extensive outdoor premises, including a beautifully tiled private pool 8.30m x 4.20m, with gradual depth (from 0.90m to 1.80m). For its cleaning we use salt electrolysis, an eco-friendly cleaning system without chlorine.
The outdoor area is complemented with a gazebo with dining table for 6 people and sitting area, a big BBQ and 6 sun loungers located by the pool, ideal for relaxing throughout the day. From dusk to dawn, enjoy your breakfast, lunch or late night drink in front of a breathtaking sunset with spectacular colors, with the sun slowly vanishing among the huge 500-year-old Venetian olive trees, which surround the villa.
The entire property is fully enclosed by a stone wall, thus providing complete privacy. Other facilities include a spacious car park and a ramp for the disabled or baby prams.

The bus stop and a restaurant are a 2-minute walk, while the supermarket is 7 minutes away. Gaios is a 4-minute drive, Magazia -where a café and restaurant can be found- is a 3-minute drive, Lakka and Loggos are approximately 15 minutes, while the nearest beaches are reached within 5-7 minutes.
